* In order to make transaction please upload your ID.
* You can find upload id link in confirmation mail.
* The ID must be in colored and in JPG / JPEG Format.
* Upload ID only for 1st transcation until your ID is expired.
Verification up to 1x24 hour.
* In the Upload id Message field please write your FP Account Number
If needed, we have the right to ask and get your proof of bank transfer / data / document / or other identity for processing the order and we also have the right to decline any transaction without any reason.
Buy and Sell Transaction
* Bank Account Name must same with Fasapay Account Name.
We do not accept third party transaction.
* For BUY transaction please write memo while transfer:

Example: Buy FP $100 FP333333
* For SELL transaction please write memo while transfer:
No Order, Bank, Acct Bank Number & Acct Bank Name
Example: No Order:FPUSD1234567890 CIMB 1234567890 Andy William.
Order Expired Time
* System will automatically delete BUY / SELL Form if there is no transfer within 1x24 hours
Refund
* If we are unable to complete your BUY / SELL order, we will refund your MYR or your FPUSD that we received without any deducted / added fee.
* If you want refund, we will refund your MYR or your FPUSD that we received minus FPUSD FEE and Bank FEE as long as we have not process your transaction.
